This project is finished, as far as the buildings are concerned.  There is still landscaping to do in the spring but we are finished and move-in ready.

Orem City has put a moratorium on multi family projects so we will be the last condo project built in Orem for the next decade.  Buyers should be jumping at the last of the inventory for owner occupied brand new condos before they are gone.
